1982 ... another amazing vintage from Chateau Mouton Rothschild and a top 100 point score, together with an enthusiastic tasting comment, "A legend", from the great Robert Parker. One must not lose sight of the fact that these wines are now approaching 30 years old, yet still with a glorious drinking future. They were mainly sourced from private cellars and, although the levels are very good, some labels may have suffered a little with the passage of time. Due consideration for their presentation has been reflected in the prices, thus, offering good savings to the imbibers, whilst still having many in excellent condition to satisfy collectors. |

The above six bottles of Chateau Lafite Rothschild have very good levels but, as their appearance is less than perfect, they have sensibly been reduced for consumers (perfect condition would be 1500+).They were taken from a damp 12 bottle "owc". |
