USEFUL INFORMATION FOR BUYERS IN THE U.S.A. AND CANADA

Good news! We are now able to send fine wines to you in the U.S.A. through a specialist freight company located adjacent to London Heathrow Airport, which has facilities to make a smooth and speedy delivery to you.
This carrier will accept most major credit cards (not American Express) for both the cost of the wine and transportation charges.

On the U.S. side the order will be delivered to you in an air-conditioned vehicle. However, because empty private homes have presented problems, deliveries must be to a business address or permanently manned premises.

On the U.K. side wine sent to the carrier from our cellars in Plymtree will, for safety's sake, be packed in export Styrofoam cartons. There will be no charge for standard bottle cartons but orders for six magnums and single double magnums, jeroboams and imperials will cost GBP 18 per case for these specially commissioned sizes. If the wine is offered in original wooden case the empty case may accompany the wine for a small additional fee.

Individual quotations for larger orders will be available on request. Prices may be subject to local taxes.
Insurance - optional but advisable - can be obtained, please ask for a quotation.

TIMESCALE
For wine stored at Plymtree transit time will be 3-5 whole working days U.K. time. For wine stored at our London Cellars please allow a few extra days. N.B. this does not include weekends, when both cellars are closed.
