PRICES
Unless specified otherwise all prices include duty but exclude VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate (17.5% from 1st January, 2010).

IN BOND:
Wines offered in bond are free from duty (currently at £20.28 per 12 x 75 cl case) and VAT. If you wish the wine to be removed from bond that can easily be arranged by us but please note that both duty and VAT, at the prevailing rate, will be payable immediately. Should you wish the wine to be moved to another bond carriage and document charges will be passed on at cost.

COLLECTIONS
Wines held near Plymtree may be collected without incurring a delivery charge but we do ask that adequate notice be given to assemble any order. Please note that this is not a shop and we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

PAYMENT
IMPORTANT - Please note that we do not take Credit or Debit Cards.
Private customers (UK only) - prior to delivery either by cheque, wire transfer or internet banking, please allow 3 days to complete the transaction.

Trade - immediate payment for invoices of less than £150 before VAT, otherwise strictly 30 days from date of invoice. It would be appreciated if inquiries from other merchants could be made before 5:30 PM.

OVERSEAS
To avoid delays in shipment payment should be wired directly to bank in London.
